Interfaces for Network Simulators

Here we make interfaces for the utilization in popular network simulators available. The interfaces are packaged as demonstrators. For a more detailed overview of the respective package, please refer to the enclosed README or to the corresponding Technical Report.

Linux Tools

	VideoMeter Allows to display up to three YUV sequences simultaneously, calculate the distortion values as PSNR and illustrate the differences in the Y-component of the YUV stream.

	RMSE and PSNR Calculator Compares two sequences of raw YUV4:2:0 video frames and calculates the RMSE and PSNR values from them. The output format is CSV for easy use in spreadsheet applications.
	Video Offset Distortion Calculator Calculates the video offset distortion from two raw YUV 4:2:0 sequences and prints the results into a file. The output format is CSV for easy use in spreadsheet applications.
	Spatial Scalable Video Offset Distortion Calculator Calculates the video offset distortion between a QCIF base layer and a CIF enhancement layer and prints the results into a file. The output format is CSV for easy use in spreadsheet applications.
	MPEG4 Parser Parses the standard MPEG4 bitstream for frame boundaries and prints the frame sizes into a file.The output format is CSV or tabbed for easy use in spreadsheet applications.
